Pet Policy

RAM Partners LLC properties follow a “No Aggressive Breeds” policy. Restricted aggressive breeds include, but are not limited to, a Rottweiler, German Shepherd, Pit Bull, Alaskan Malamute, Irish Wolf Hound or Wolf Hybrids, American Staffordshire Terrier, Bull Terrier, Mastiff, Doberman, Chow, any mix of the above breeds, or any other breed identified by Management as aggressive. A maximum of two pets are permitted per apartment home. Associated pet fees include monthly pet rent of $25 per pet and a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet.
