Pet Policy

We love welcoming your furry companions at The Reserve at Johnson City and are proud to be a pet-friendly community where you and your pets can feel right at home. To help ensure a safe and comfortable environment for all residents, RAM Partners LLC follows a pet policy that includes certain breed guidelines. While some breeds are restricted, our team is always happy to answer questions.

Each apartment home may include up to two pets. Pet-related fees include a monthly pet rent of $30 per pet and a one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet.
